After you pass your state exam, Salespersons must take a 25 hour Salespersons post-license course in their first year of licensure. The course taken must be one specifically approved by the GREC. Failure to complete a post-license course during the first year of being licensed will cause the license to lapse.
You will be required to submit a Background Clearance Application to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). This application is available on pages 19-21 of the AMP Candidate Handbook. The GREC may approve or deny your application, depending on your circumstances.

Yes. Students who join a Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty office will be reimbursed the amount of their paid tuition after their first two closings.
You’re required to attend all of the required minimum 75 hours. Any missed required attendance will have to be made up before taking the course final exam. If you miss less than 4 hours, missed time can be made up by attending alternate pre-license sessions or attending a cram course at your expense. If you miss more than 4 hours, you will be dropped from the course and will be required to pay a $199 re-enrollment fee to retake a subsequent Salesperson Pre-license course.
You must achieve a score of 72% or higher on the written course final exam. If you don’t pass the final exam the first time, you may retake the final exam one time at no charge. All testing must be completed within one (1) year of course start date. If you fail to achieve a passing score on a retake examination, you must repeat all course instruction before taking another examination. A re-enrollment fee of $199 is required.
TUITION NOT USED WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF YOUR ORIGINAL SCHEDULED COURSE WILL BE FORFEITED.
You may request a refund prior to attending a class, up to one business day to receive your full tuition reimbursement. No refunds are paid once you have attended more than one session of class. Advantage School of Real Estate charges a $25 administrative fee and a $60 book charge (if you received textbook in advance) for any refund paid.
All refunds will be made within 14 business days of cancellation received in writing.
